Late arrival: Arriving on time is not only courteous to our staff, but clients booked later in the day. So if you’re going to be late, please let us know. It only takes a moment to call, and we may even be able to swap appointments around to suit you better.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours' notice by telephone. A 50% charge may be applied for failure to give the required notice.
